Deluge plugin is missing

This is what I put in my config file for deluge:

deluge:
  host: My Host Name
  port: Port used (this is not default)
  username: My Username
  password: My Password.

I can connect remotely with these settings, But on the box flexget cannot find it.

I also tried

deluge: yes

and just my username and password but no go.

I am thinking the reason is that deluge is not in the default DIR and it cannot find it as its no where in my home DIR I looked in every folder. If I can get the path from the seedbox provider is there a way to add it into the config file?
