Hi,
Does anyone have a good way of rejecting irrelevant RSS entries, based on title/filename, before IMDB lookups are done?
I'm looking for a way to crossmatch the title/filename of an entry generated by RSS, against a trakt/imdb list, to quickly reject RSS entries that don't contain a list value somewhere within their title/filename. I'm hoping this can reject irrelevant RSS entries before IMDB lookups are done.
I suspect movie_queue has this functionality built-in, although for various reasons I don't think I can use it for my config because I'd need multiple queues (multiple trakt_lists, each with different quality/size/tracker requirements, and each with different fallback quality requirements). Is there somewhere that explains the movie_queue functionality in a way I could reproduce this step?
I have working a crossmatch between RSS entries and a trakt_list based on the imdb_id field, but this requires that every torrent matching my quality/size requirements has an IMDB lookup before the crossmatch (sometimes many per execution). I am trying to minimise these IMDB lookups.
I have a few thoughts that I don't really know how to implement:
- using the crossmatch plugin with the title/filename of the entry somehow, so an IMDB lookup isn't required? (e.g. finding the list value within the title/filename, rather than requiring a perfect match).
- somehow iterating an IF statement that compares a trakt_list value to the filename (but I can't find any examples where IF statements are used in this way).Any help or guidance or examples would be appreciated. Happy to read through any configs that might be relevant.
Thanks for your time.
